Returns & Refunds

We understand that traditional touch and feel is an important factor when it comes to buying apparels. 

When buying apparels online, touch and feel isn’t possible. However, to counter this concern, we have introduced an easy “return policy”. This policy gives you the benefit of returning the product in case you don’t like it. All you have to do is simply courier us the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, in unused, original condition and we’ll refund you the full amount paid for the product.

Did you know we follow a strict quality check, packing and dispatch process –

  • All products on the site are fresh and new.
  • All products are checked for quality before been dispatched. A special process is followed to check the minutest of defects. This helps us to deliver you fresh products with no defects.
  • We dispatch all the products in a non- tear-able plastic bag; this is to ensure that the product reaches you safely.
  • We deliver through trusted logistic partners. These courier / logistic teams are only allowed to deliver packed products. They are not authorized to do open deliveries or take open-products back.

Please note: Photos displayed are of products only. Slight variation is possible due to photo resolution quality. 

RETURNS

  • Please let us know your reasons for returns and/or exchange requirements within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • We will accept returns of items that do not fit correctly and exchange them for the correct size depending on availability
  • If you are unhappy with the fit or the Product is faulty, we will credit your original payment method after we get the product back from you
  • We will not be able to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
  • Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable products with original tags in a secure and waterproof postal bag

  • Please allow us upto 5 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them. 
  • We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.
  • We’ll not be able to accept / process refunds of products which are not received back in original condition. The product should be returned back to us along with the original packing within 15 days from the delivery date

REFUND / EXCHANGE

We process the Refunds in 7 working days, after we receive the products back in original condition.  Refunds are done through Cheque, NEFT or back to credit card / net banking accounts used at the time of placing order.

If the refund is to be made for a COD order, the amount will be transferred via NEFT and will reflect in your account within 7 business days. We request customers to email us the NEFT details –

  • Name (as in bank records),
  • Bank name,
  • Bank branch address,
  • Bank account number
  • Branch IFSC code

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you’d like to cancel your order, please send us an email at contact@miraancollective.com along your order ID within 24 hours.

MISSING PARCELS

  • Make sure you fill in your correct address at time of ordering
  • We will not be responsible for the wrong address being entered with an order.
  • Email us if the product has not arrived and we’ll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package

What are the rules for Courier charges refund?

For all self-shipped returns, we will provide you a maximum cashback of Rs.100. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product. You will need to email us the Courier charges receipt in order to receive the cashback
