You have to raise a return request within 7 days of delivery of the product.
HOW CAN I RAISE A RETURN REQUEST?
Please reach out to contact@miraancollective.com within 7 days of order delivery. Our customer support team will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the request.
WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS?
We offer a pick-up facility for locations which are serviceable by our logistics partners. Our logistics partner will pick up the return package in 5 business days from the date the request was placed.
If we confirm that the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, then you can self-ship the products to us by any reliable courier service after raising a return request. Please pack the products and ensure that it is unused and unwashed and all the tags are intact. The return courier charges will be reimbursed by us.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Once the return order reaches our warehouse, the order items will go through a quality check by our Quality check (QC) team. Once it clears QC, the refund process will be initiated in 48 business hours and the amount will reflect in your source account in 3 business days.
If the refund is to be made for a COD order, the amount will be transferred via NEFT and will reflect in your account within 7 business days. We request customers to email us the NEFT details ?
